I just added a chatbox feature on my site. Check it out:http://www.cbox.ws/

People can add comments directly to the sidebar instead of through the comments section.

Does anyone know how to post audio/music to your webpage or am I going to far?

If your Setting > Publishing is set to FTP, there will be an 'Upload File' button on the editor. You can upload your audio/music file directly, and click 'Publish'. Your audio file will go directly to your hostica.com folder (which will definitely chalk up your 1GB memory space).

[Note: if you set your Setting > Publishing to blogger.com, then you will not see the 'Upload File' button.]

The other way of doing it is to create a free box.com account. Upload your audio/mp3 file there. Box.com will give you a link to that file. Then, just put that URL in your blog page and click 'Publish'. This will save your hostica.com space.

Hope this helps.

This changing graphics thingy is really neat! I packed 8 pictures with some wordings into a GIF file with some tweening. It became kinda slide show. Check it out at ... http://www.francistan.net/blog/2008/01/2007-dec-23-26-white-christmas-pocono.html

But the graphic file is really huge (about 7MB because of the transitioning effect). So you really not want to put it on hostica.com to chalk up your space).

Thanks for your help Francis. I wonder if I could get it to play automatically rather than clinking on a link.

Yes. It was a technical problem. If I reset my Setting > Publishing to Custom Domain, the problem will appear. But now I set it back to FTP, it is running ok.

Hope that helps.

I need more help! I want to add another blog to my domain. I have tried configuring the second blog's settings by setting it to the FTP server. However, I get errors and my page gets directed to my home page: www.laurakerney.com. Am I able to set up another blog on a separate URL? That way I can attach a link to it from the original blog.
