Great article! I went to YouTube and watched all the clips by Michael L. Wesch. He is a rock star! I am a huge information design fan and this guy is to the video mash up what Edward Tufte is to the printed medium. Amazing!

I was very adverse using YouTube previously. My mental model of YouTube was that it is a platform populated with sleezy videos, exploited by the unruly, and popularly visited by uncontrolled teenagers.

My perspective has changed since I join the program last fall (yes, go ahead and call me a dinosaur). I found it to be a platform with very expansive and rich materials. In our previously class, I even posted some of my own videos there while working on a project with Laura and Ashley. Great fun!
