For a usability-focused site, it's a pain in the rear end to navigate and locate stuff.
I have to agree with you. But that is exactly why usability design is so important.
I thought one of the most impressive points on the site was the article or "alert box" on ROI for usability. Having a ROI of over 80% on redesigns that help usability is quite impressive. Seems like usability makes good business sense.
